1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Future Projects website at futureprojects.ca (“the Site”) and describe the basis on which we provide our commercial security and technology contracting services.
Future Projects is operated by 14508491 Canada Inc., carrying on business as Future Projects, located at 2128 Sunview Dr, West Kelowna, BC V1Z 3R1.
By accessing or using the Site, or by engaging us to provide services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
2. Our Services
Future Projects provides commercial security and technology contracting services including, but not limited to:
• CCTV and IP camera system installation and maintenance
• Access control system design and installation
• Structured cabling and fibre optic infrastructure
• VoIP, intercom, and business communications systems
• Low voltage wiring and physical IT infrastructure
• Ongoing maintenance and support contracts
All services are subject to a separate written quote or service agreement agreed upon between Future Projects and the client prior to commencement of work. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract for services.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Canadian federal or provincial law
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Site
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who breaches these conditions.
4. Enquiries and Free Consultations
Submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation through this website does not create a contract for services. Any consultation offered is provided free of charge and without obligation on either party.
We will respond to enquiries within one business day during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time). Response times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.
5. Quotes and Service Agreements
All pricing and project scope is confirmed in a written quote provided to the client. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote, whether in writing or by instruction to proceed, constitutes agreement to the terms set out in that quote.
Separate terms and conditions may apply to specific service agreements, maintenance contracts, or project engagements. Those terms will be provided in writing at the time of engagement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Future Projects or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright and intellectual property law.
You may view and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
