Can we keep our existing phone numbers
Yes. We manage the full number porting process to transfer your existing business numbers to Intermedia Unite. Your customers call the same number and nothing changes on their end.
Do we need to buy new phones?
Not necessarily. If your existing phones are SIP-compatible they may work with Intermedia Unite. If you need new hardware, Intermedia works with Poly and Yealink handsets that arrive pre-configured — just plug in and go.
How does pricing work?
Intermedia Unite is priced per user per month, with three plan tiers. As your local dealer, we can provide a tailored quote based on your team size and requirements, and bundle the licensing with hardware and cabling if needed.
What cable standard should we use for a VoIP system?
Cat6 is the recommended minimum for modern VoIP deployments. Cat6A is ideal if you’re also running 10Gb networking or want to future-proof. We’ll advise on the right specification during your free consultation
How long does a VoIP phone system migration take?
A standard migration for a small-to-mid size office typically takes 1–7 days including number porting (which runs concurrently). We plan carefully to ensure there’s no period where your phone lines are down.
