Yes — we're happy to take on legacy systems regardless of who originally installed them. We'll assess the system first and advise on any remedial work needed before taking it onto a maintenance plan.

What's included in a health check visit?

A full health check includes testing all cameras or access points, checking recording and storage, updating firmware, cleaning hardware, reviewing logs, and providing a written report.

How quickly do you respond to callouts?

Priority maintenance clients are typically attended within 24–48 hours. Emergency security faults are treated with urgency. Response times are agreed in your service plan.

Can I add new equipment to my maintenance plan?
